The Workthreat Group offers a wide variety of security-related consulting services, designed to serve companies and organizations of all sizes. A basic overview of our services:

• Seminars and threat management policies designed to meet the specific needs of an organization to successfully identify, manage and prevent violence and stress problems. (Other presentation topics available upon request.)


• Assessments and recommendations to identify and handle possible dangerous persons, which decreases an organization’s liability.


• Fitness-for-Duty evaluations to help reduce liability concerning safety issues to others when reinstating an employee or in determining if an individual may stay in a present position because of questionable behavior(s).


• Site safety evaluations, not security check-off lists, to diminish culpability of violent incidents, designed from Secret Service guidelines and experience.


• Appraising a site's environment to curb criminal activity, reduce threatening behavior as well as encourage positive behavior and productivity or performance.


• Evaluating a site or organization's disaster and emergency preparedness as well as designing appropriate policies and procedures through review and training, either on site or at our "virtual reality" location. We also offer response and safety team training for natural and man-made disasters (fire, earthquake, workplace violence, etc.)


• Research and information gathering through our intelligence community contacts for determining proper "high-risk" concerns (terrorism, demonstrations, etc.) for domestic and foreign locations when considering traveling or conducting business.
