This level is for any organization that may or may not have a security/safety designee, but the designee handles numerous other safety and security matters and cannot or should not devote the necessary time to understanding and develop a comprehensive workplace violence prevention program that is not only successful but mitigates liabilities for the organization. This level is for any kind of organization in the business, education or health field, for although the needs and reasons are different, the resolves and methods for lessening liability are basically the same.

There is a one-time charge of $2500 for this membership, and then a monthly fee of $49.00. This includes:

A face-to-face meeting with one of our Strategic Security Specialist assigned to your account. This meeting will not only be to familiarize the specialist with your organization, but it will allow him or her to look at what you have in place and then recommend specific ideas that will alleviate any obvious concerns. The specialist will be prepared to present what a successful prevention program consists of to whatever group of personnel the organization feels can benefit from understanding what are the obligations, responsibilities and duties to implement such a program. For example, a 2-3 hour presentation to the top Administrative personnel is often helpful in explaining duties of employers as well as liability issues and ways in which a successful workplace violence prevention program can be initiated to mitigate problems and liability.

A 30-minute, online training course for the first 25 employees. It includes all the necessary data and information required by regulatory agencies to meet the standard of expectation of appropriate training for all employees, and it includes a test at the end to confirm they understand the training. It will be available to them 24/7, it will instruct them on their basic responsibilities and actions, and it will mitigate your liabilities.

Access to one of our Strategic Security Specialist within 24 hours. Consider this to be like having your own security/safety person available to you for advice or recommendations. Barring vacations or training, the person you will talk to will be the specific person assigned to your account so that he or she will be up on all the necessary information about your organization to make an intelligent decision. This includes one free 5-10 minute phone call a month to ask your specialist any security question you have, which may include a potential workplace violence situation.

If it requires immediate attention, the specialist will tell you your options, explain potential outcomes and give you specific recommendations. If serious, they may say call local law enforcement. If it can be handled through other resources, those recommendations will be explained to you. You can then make an intelligent decision based on your needs and financial ability to take whatever steps you feel are necessary. They are not there to sell you more services of The Workthreat Group – the recommendations will be universal and based on national standards.

Strategic Security Specialists available for your threat assessment team meetings. Organizations that have put together an appropriate workplace violence prevention program know that an integral component is the formation and utilization of a threat assessment team. While this team handles current issues of potential violence in the workplace, it also meets to discuss training, current rules, regulations, laws and other organizational concerns to ensure compliance and proper enactment of policies and procedures. Your designated Strategic Security Specialist will be your designated member from The Workthreat Group.

10% discount on all services and training.

You will also receive the same services as the Gold Community members

A confidential site survey done by one of our Strategic Security Specialists in your area to confirm what you need to be concerned about, what you can do to mitigate potential volatile acts, and what you need to do to lessen your liability should something happen. This is a necessary regulatory agency requirement to meet the burden of due diligence to substantiate why you have your specific workplace violence prevention program in place, including its policies and procedures.

Workplace Violence Prevention Program policy and procedures designed for your specific organization (or a free review/update of what you already have). Many regulatory agencies indicate this is a “must need” but what many don’t understand is that must also be specific to your needs. What works at a Secondary Educational location may look ridiculous at a Medical facility. And what works for a Manufacturing Plant could never be put to use at a Retail Establishment. Once in place, as long as you are a member or this group, all appropriate updates and modifications will be handled at no additional fee by The Workthreat Group.

Access to our Community Group Forum where the specific issues involving how to design and implement a program will be the primary discussions as well as how to initially identify and handle a potentially volatile subject. All individuals who will be addressing these issues will either be in a similar situation as you with their organization, or will be a threat assessment expert from the Workthreat Group to guide you and answer your specific questions. Only those who are members may enter this blog – or you can inform us of a guest who will be allowed temporary access.

Access to our quarterly webinar put on by The Workthreat Group that will address the most current concern or issues within the area of workplace violence prevention programs today. This webinar will usually last from 20-30 minutes, but will then be open for your questions for an additional 30 minutes. While it is expected that the questions will be on topic, if there are none, questions outside the topic of other concerns will be taken and discussed. Only those who are members may attend this webinar – or you can inform us of a guest who will be allowed temporary access.
